If your vehicle has been sold, you can remove your advertisement by following the steps below.
I still remember my account details
Log in to your HongCars account.
Go to the “My Account” page.
Select “Manage Your Ads” from the menu.
Find the relevant advertisement and click “Mark as Sold”.
Once your ad has been marked as sold, it will no longer be displayed on the HongCars website or App.
The advertisement will be retained in our system for 30 days after being marked as sold, after which it will be permanently deleted.
If you marked an ad as sold by mistake, you can select “Mark as Available” or “Set as Available” to make the advertisement visible again.
I forgot my account or password
If you have forgotten your password, please use the “Forgot Password” option on the Log In page to reset your password.
Once you have regained access to your account, you can follow the steps above to mark your advertisement as sold and remove it from public view.
I posted the ad without using an account
If you posted your advertisement without logging in or creating a HongCars account, please contact us through “Contact Us” to request that the advertisement be removed.
When submitting your request, please provide:
The link to the advertisement you would like to remove; and
The email address used when the advertisement was originally posted.
We will verify that the email address matches the information associated with the advertisement before processing your removal request.
